Hauptaufgaben:

Business Engineer/in für die Einführung der neuen Transaktionsüberwachung für Korrespondenzbanken. Im Konkreten: - Analyse und Formulierung von Fachanforderungen. - Vorbereiten und durchführen von Workshops zur Anforderungsermittlung - Erarbeitung, Bewertung sowie Präsentation der Lösungsansätze und Präsenta-tion gegenüber den Stakeholdern - Ausarbeitung von Fachkonzepten sowie Anforderungs- und Detailspezifikatio-nen - Erstellen und durchführen von funktionalen und nicht-funktionalen Testfällen Sie arbeiten eng mit den Fachvertretern aus dem Bereich Legal & Compliance, di-versen Stakeholder/Endusern aus Vertriebseinheiten sowie der Informatik und dem Softwarelieferanten zusammen. Professionelles Auftreten, Durchsetzungsver-mögen, fachliches Verständnis für das Thema Geldwäscherei und hohe Sozial-kompetenzen sind für diese Position essentielle Voraussetzungen. Eingabe

Anforderungen (inhaltlich, Methodik):

Fachlich breite Kenntnisse im Bankwesen insb. Legal und Compliance. Grosses Know-how und Erfahrung bez. AML. Methodenkompetenz im agilen Umfeld, in der Business Analyse und Requirements Engineering sowie Testing. Sehr gutes Flair und Verständnis für IT-Systeme und Daten-Analysen.
