What You'll Do

Lead & Innovate in Capital & Liquidity Stress Testing:Developcutting-edgestress-testing models that drive business resilience.

Shape Regulatory Strategy:Influence policies, frameworks, and stress tests aligned withUK & European regulations.

Be a Board-Level Advisor:Present insights and recommendations tosenior management, committees & the Board.

Foster a Risk-Aware Culture:Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure risk is at the forefront of decision-making.

Drive Operational Excellence:Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of risk insights.

What You Bring

Risk & Regulatory Expertise- Deep knowledge ofcapital, liquidity, operational, rate and prudential risks. (ICAPP, ILAAP & RRP)

Strong Analytical Skills - Experience developing or validatingstress-testing modelsand analysing complex financial data.

Leadership & Influence - Proven ability tomanage stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and communicate risk insights effectively.

Innovation & Problem-Solving - Ability toadaptto changing regulations and business needs withpragmatic solutions.

Tech & Data Proficiency - Strong skills inMicrosoft Office, SAS, Alteryx, VBA.
