We have a great opportunity with a world leading organisation, a true leader in their field. We are looking for a Sailpoint Developer to join the successful team on a fantastic, long-term program of work.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SailPoint Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ solution. This role will involve customizing and enhancing the IAM platform to meet the organization's security and compliance requirements while ensuring seamless user access management.

Key Responsibilities:
SailPoint IdentityIQ Development: Design, develop, and implement workflows, rules, and reports within SailPoint IdentityIQ. Customize the solution to meet the unique needs of the business.
System Integration: Integrate SailPoint with various target systems (eg, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, applications) and ensure smooth data synchronization between systems.
Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure SailPoint connectors for new and existing applications, platforms, and systems. Handle certifications, provisioning, and other IAM workflows.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide support for IdentityIQ, including troubleshooting issues, debugging, and resolving configuration errors. Maintain and improve the IAM solution's performance.
Process Automation: Automate IAM processes such as user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certifications.
Security & Compliance: Collaborate with the security and compliance teams to ensure that all SailPoint implementations meet corporate and regulatory security standards.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and operational guides for the SailPoint platform.
Collaboration: Work closely with the IT, security, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SailPoint solutions.

Qualifications:
Key Skills & Experience:
Good experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including user life cycle management, provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access governance.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint API.
Experience with directory services (eg, Active Directory, LDAP) and database technologies (eg, SQL, Oracle).
Knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
Familiarity with integration and configuration of connectors within SailPoint.
Experience in Scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.

Preferred Qualifications:
SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer.
Experience with cloud environments (eg, AWS, Azure) and integrating SailPoint with cloud platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
