SailPoint Engineer (Active Directory Integration)

Robert Half is collaborating with a leading global consulting firm to recruit a SailPoint Engineer with expertise in integrating SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) with Active Directory. This role supports a newly established team delivering a large-scale, impactful programme expected to run for 12-18 months. The initial contract is for 3-6 months, with high potential for extension.

Contract Details:

• Rate: £650 p/day PAYE (with employer's NI and tax deducted at source, unlike umbrella companies which deduct at source and charge additional admin fees).
• Duration: Initial 3-6 months, with potential for 12-18 months on the programme.
• Location: Remote, with occasional days in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in the financial services (FS) industry is required.
• Integrate and configure SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) with Active Directory.
• Configure connectors to enable seamless provisioning and aggregation.
• Define and implement provisioning policies and account life cycle management processes.
• Ensure secure communication and manage TLS and other security configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise identity and access management strategies.
• Troubleshoot and address challenges in IAM life cycle management.

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) integration with Active Directory.
• Hands-on expertise in identity governance and provisioning.
• Familiarity with IQService deployment for provisioning operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and consulting mindset.
• Financial services (FS) industry experience is highly desirable.
