Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify and target new business opportunities in the renewables and sustainability sector, from lead generation to closing deals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and a consultative approach to meet their sustainability goals.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions in line with our consultancy's services, including renewable energy, carbon reduction, and sustainable practices.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive sales and ensure market relevance.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including targets, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the renewables, sustainability, or related industries.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, sustainability practices, and the challenges faced by businesses in these sectors.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.
Drive: A self-motivated individual with a passion for driving change and delivering results in a fast-paced, growing industry.
Education: A degree in business, environmental sciences, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
