- Coordinated approach to target geographic region, specific enterprise high value prospects
- Penetrate, validate, and create relationships with new IT and Finance purchasers and influencers.
- Attending in region networking events with clients, prospects, and partners
- Partner with Acuative Marketing in campaign execution and lead generation activities
- Grow skills to include hosting lunch and learns and proactive enablement sessions with new prospects
- Engagement with clients, prospects, to understand gaps in current solutions and opportunity for Acuative to deliver a positive outcome
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineering to develop proposals and statements of work
- Partner with Acuative leadership and the client to negotiate a win-win sale
Acuative Sales Executives play a pivotal role in driving the sales process and outcomes within specific industries. They cultivate a profitable pipeline and backlog of sales through deal origination, negotiation, and closure.
Responsibilities:
Develop and utilize regional experience and credibility to enhance market position and increase enterprise sales. Grow and leverage industry knowledge and technical expertise to understand Enterprise client needs in Networking, Managed Services, Unified Communications, Contact Center, Field Services, Intelligent Automation, and Full Stack Observability. Invest in developing deep relationships within target organizations and effectively communicate Acuative's value proposition.
Educate clients on Acuative's capabilities and articulate our offerings within relevant industries. Share success stories that highlight our differentiation and value proposition to partners and Enterprise clients. Become proficient in Acuative's capabilities, including Site Assurance, Networking and WAN expertise, IT Managed Services, Full Stack Observability, Consulting, and Site Reliability Engineering.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements short and long term strategic business plans
- Manages and grows revenue from new areas and existing areas.
- Develops and maintains client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
- Develops and executes account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger more relevant value propositions
- Responsible for forecasting, keeps management updated within a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity
Sales Target Achievement: Meet new and existing business sales targets by maximizing sales effectiveness and driving performance across regionally focused accounts.
Partnership Development: Drive joint opportunities and partner pipeline with key strategic partners, including Cisco, Ericsson, Broadcom, Fortinet, Cradlepoint, Elastic, AT&T, Lumen, Verizon, and Appneta, and.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data in collaboration within the CRM (Salesforce). Additional sales tools integration includes: Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dynamics 365, and other AI enabled assets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Degree a plus
- Target work history three (3) to five (5) years sales experience - inside or extremal
- Enjoy hunting', extroverted personality, and enjoy meeting people
- Sales Force, CISCO, Oracle, Broadcom, AT&T, Lumen, IBM, Hotwire Communications, Zoom, Fortinet, Elastic
- Previous experience selling into or out of a large enterprise such as: Sales Force, CISCO, Oracle, Broadcom, AT&T, Lumen, IBM, Hotwire Communications, Zoom, Fortinet, Elastic
- Experience conducting client interviews/focus groups to support the end-to-end sales cycle (origination -> solution -> close)
- Experience working with and jointly going to market with strategic vendors.
- Designing client business cases
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience with managed solutions, field service and product offerings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently as well as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Ability to travel to support strategic sales initiatives
- Must thrive in a hybrid work environment
Compensation: At Acuative, compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, and organizational requirements. We offer competitive compensation packages, and the current estimate for this position's compensation range is circa £80,000 per annum plus variable compensation plan.
