Key Responsibilities

  • The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Management team. In this supporting role, you will help drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales teams providing a first class operational service to the sales division.
  • Shared ownership of Team Target.
  • Working with Sales Management on sales account alignment and reassignment.
  • Working with the credit team on disputed invoice resolution.
  • Inventory Management Escalations.
  • Providing support to the Sales Operations Management Team for month end billing and closure.
  • Working with the Sales Finance team to resolve queries/issues.
  • Coordinating with CWS to support Sales Management in CWS process completion and adherence.
  • Order Management Escalation/Resolution.
  • Bid Escalation/Resolution.
  • Contract Management Escalation/Resolution.
  • Working with the operational teams to support Sales Management with process improvement and change management.
  • Develop, grow and maintain professional working relationships with all internal stakeholders.
  • Continual service review and improvement of all processes and procedures.
  • Supporting Sales Management with marketing campaigns and events.
  • Providing support to Sales Management for reporting requirements.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A thorough understanding of CDW as a business and its goals and visions for the future.
  • 2 Years or more experience within CDW.
  • Understanding the importance of business process.
  • Experience in dealing with Sales environment.
