About the role:

We're looking to hire a Sales Order Compliance Coordinator to ensure our sales orders are processed efficiently and in line with company policies and customer requirements. Your main stakeholders will be our various sales teams and working with them to ensure accurate processing of orders and invoices.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Checking the content of sales orders, particularly ensuring we have the correct information and attachments.
  2. Ensuring we have all the correct information required for timely invoicing and that all orders are compliant with our policies.
  3. Communicating with sales teams and resolving issues with orders and invoices.
  4. Liaising with and solving issues alongside the wider Finance team related to any issues with orders and invoices.
  5. Resolving client issues and queries related to their invoices.

Requirements:

  1. Strong organisational and communication skills, with a professional manner whether written or verbal.
  2. Strong data entry and recording skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with a professional manner whether written or verbal with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office.
  5. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be desired.

Working arrangements: Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Fleet Street office.

This is a full-time position suitable for an entry level or associate level professional.
