Job Description

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Salesforce CCM Continuous Improvement consultant for a global project at our client.

detail For the Salesforce CCM Continuous Improvement Consultant role:

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 month initial contract plus extension

Location: Remote working on European Time Zone CET.

Rate: 325eur per day excl VAT excl travel expenses

Requirements for the Salesforce CCM Continuous improvement consultant:

5+ years of experience within IT - Salesforce

Experience in Customer Care.

Salesforce Administrator Certification is needed

Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification and/or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Certification.

Able to conduct technical analysis in regards to applications issues & Change requests.
