Your role:

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will define the problem, propose, and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Actively investigate the client's product teams' needs through effective questioning and listening skills.
2. Build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
3. Configure solutions in core Salesforce platform, understanding best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
4. Test requirements once delivered from development team.
5. Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
6. Work closely with clients to secure adoption and knowledge transfer to local teams.

1. Experience with (Certified Developer).
2. Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering.
3. Documented experience with agile project management work.
4. Process mapping experience using various tools.
5. Proven ability to design and implement new processes on
6. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps.
7. Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services.

Preferred:

1. Experience in implementing Salesforce Industries solutions based on Vlocity.
2. Good understanding of Salesforce solution stack.
3. Knowledge of implementation best practices.
4. AI specialist certified.
