Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on Salesforce CPQ projects, deploying Salesforce and its plugins to client environments, and implementing seamless integrations with other business systems. This is a key role where you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that meet their objectives.

• Provide expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, such as ERP, financial software, and other cloud-based platforms.

• Lead deployment efforts for Salesforce and its plugins, ensuring smooth rollouts to client environments and minimal disruption.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data flows smoothly between Salesforce and external systems.

• Develop and maintain custom integrations, including APIs, Middleware, and other integration tools, to ensure seamless connectivity across platforms.

• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and technical architects, to ensure all integration points are fully functional and optimized.

• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features, integration tools, and best practices to continuously improve processes and solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and internal teams.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration configurations, technical requirements, and solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CPQ and integration projects.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ setup, configuration, and deployment.

• Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (eg, ERP, financial software, marketing platforms).

• Proven expertise in using integration tools and technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms (eg, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and custom development.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

• Hands-on experience deploying Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce CPQ and its related plugins, to client environments.

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, best practices, and security protocols within Salesforce and across external systems.

• Ability to solve complex integration challenges and deliver solutions that scale with business needs.

• Salesforce certifications (eg, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer) are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce B2B and B2C processes.

• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

• Knowledge of additional Salesforce plugins such as Billing and Revenue Cloud.

• Experience working with cloud integration platforms and microservices architecture.
