ResponsibilitiesAs the Salesforce Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Utilising your recruitment background to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Salesforce solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client queries, resolve issues, and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Developing and delivering regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Staying updated on the latest Salesforce features and best practices to advise clients on optimising their Salesforce ecosystem.
The skills needed for this Salesforce Customer Success Manager include:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customisation, and administration.
- Strong understanding of user acceptance testing (UAT) processes or experience providing user support.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
Proven experience in a recruitment background, preferably as an account manager or in a client-facing role.
QualificationsSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) are highly desirable.
