Salesforce Trainer & Adoption Lead

Investigo is supporting an organisation preparing to roll out additional functionality to their UK Salesforce environment. To prioritise adoption of the current system and its enhancements, they are looking to hire a Salesforce Trainer on a contract basis.

Key Requirements:

• Develop a Training Plan: Create a comprehensive training plan that outlines timelines and specific training methods tailored to the specific user needs.
• Design Engaging Training Materials: Produce engaging training content in various formats (e.g., videos, manuals, interactive sessions) to accommodate diverse learning capabilities.
• Oversee Training Sessions: Manage the setup and coordination of training sessions to ensure smooth delivery and participant engagement.
• Capture Feedback: Collect participant feedback and identify potential improvements to continuously enhance the training experience.

Additional Details:

• Contract Type: Outside IR35
• Day Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Contract Duration: 6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension
• Location: Hybrid position; commuting to Manchester is required.
