Senior SAP BTP (Lead) Consultant - Outside IR35 - Hybrid

I am seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Consultant Lead to join my clients team.

This individual will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP BTP solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP technologies, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to lead technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP BTP Projects: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP BTP solutions for clients, from initial requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of SAP BTP solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of SAP consultants, ensuring successful delivery of projects, while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior business leaders and IT teams to understand business requirements and ensure the SAP BTP solution meets strategic business goals.
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise in SAP BTP tools and services, including but not limited to SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP AI/ML, and SAP Business Application Studio.
• Integration: Lead the integration of SAP BTP with other SAP and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality, performance, and security across all BTP-related implementations and processes.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Lead internal knowledge transfer sessions and training for junior consultants and client teams to ensure sustainable and effective use of the SAP BTP platform.
• Client Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for ongoing projects and production environments, quickly resolving issues and optimizing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Certifications in SAP BTP or SAP Cloud technologies are highly desirable.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP technologies, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP BTP.
  • Proven experience leading and managing SAP BTP projects, from pre-sales to go-live.
  • Expertise in SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, and related SAP BTP services.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SAP analytics, cloud architecture, and enterprise integration.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP), SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP AI/ML tools.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native development principles, RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud SDK, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP Gateway.
  • Familiarity with SAP Data Intelligence, SAP HANA performance tuning, and SAP Data Hub is advantageous.
• Leadership Skills:
  • Strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive decisions based on data.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in an understandable and business-focused way.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior consultants and team members.
