SAP EAM Consultant

Conexus are currently partnered with a prestigious consulting firm, that are currently searching for a SAP EAM Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. Please note, this position is only open to Dutch candidates with a minimum of B2 Dutch, due to security clearance requirements.

As an SAP EAM Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to optimise their asset management processes by implementing and configuring SAP EAM solutions. You will be involved in the entire project life cycle, providing expert guidance, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP EAM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and post-go-live support.
• Analyse asset management processes and provide SAP EAM-based solutions to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Configure and customise SAP EAM modules, including preventive maintenance, asset tracking, and work order management.
• Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules such as PM, MM, and FI.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on EAM best practices.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and deliver training to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security requirements, supporting the security clearance process.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Dutch citizenship and B2-level Dutch proficiency (minimum) required.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP EAM, with deep knowledge of asset management processes and best practices.
• Experience integrating SAP EAM with PM, MM, and FI modules.
• Ability to obtain or maintain security clearance based on project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certifications are a plus.
