About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team for a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules and be fluent in both Greek (C2) and English (C2). A deep understanding of the Greek financial processes is essential, as the role involves working with both local and international teams to ensure the successful configuration and implementation of SAP FICO solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring they align with the Greek financial requirements and local regulations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for financial processes, identify improvements, and deliver solutions.
• Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business needs, focusing on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• Provide on-site consulting and support during the implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP FICO.
• Collaborate with the development team to customize SAP FICO functionality as per business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local Greek financial regulations and processes in all SAP-related activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the project management team and key stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a focus on the FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
• Fluent in Greek (C2) and English (C2) - must be able to communicate effectively in both languages, both written and verbal.
• In-depth understanding of Greek financial processes and accounting practices.
• Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with local teams and international teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in working in complex environments with multi-functional teams.
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.) is a plus.
• Previous experience in Greek local SAP implementations is highly desirable.

• This is a 1-year contract position with a 50% on-site requirement in Greece.
