SAP Finance Senior Manager

We are seeking talented individuals with extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP S4 HANA Finance solutions. This high-profile role requires strong client delivery skills and the ability to support business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end implementation projects for SAP S4 HANA Finance, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost and Controlling.
2. Client Workshops: Conduct design workshops for requirements gathering and solution walkthroughs.
3. Solution Design: Translate client needs into effective Finance solutions, providing expert guidance based on industry standards.
4. Finance Transformation: Lead SAP Finance Transformation projects in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost and Controlling.
5. Roadmap Planning: Shape clients' future Finance roadmap with SAP, potentially redesigning and building new business processes.
6. Architecture Understanding: Understand the overall architecture connecting digital processes with core Finance functions.
7. Business Development: Support sales initiatives, including bid and proposal efforts in SAP S4 HANA Finance.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven Experience: Delivered end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Finance Transformation programs within a consulting environment.
2. Lifecycle Implementations: Experience in SAP system design, build, and deployment, with at least three full lifecycle implementations preferred.
3. Finance Expertise: Strong knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost and Controlling.
4. Pre-Sales Activities: Experience in running and supporting pre-sales activities, including RFPs, demos, and client engagement.
5. S/4HANA Knowledge: Expertise in S/4HANA configuration and best practices.
