We are looking for an SAP expert, for the integration of SAP HCM.

Experience in pharma industry is a plus; not mandatory as this is the HR department.

Job description:

Managing and overseeing the integration and delivery of various human capital management (HCM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for Brazil, especially related to SAP and client-specific tools. Here's a breakdown of the main points:

Deliverables:

1. Brazil Landscape Design Overview: Responsible for creating an overview of the current Brazil-specific landscape, likely in terms of IT systems or HR processes.
2. Pre Go-Live Integration Checklist: Develop a checklist to ensure all integrations are ready before the system goes live, covering all critical tasks and ensuring nothing is missed.
3. Review Brazil Integrations: Review both global and local system integrations, ensuring that appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) are involved. You'll confirm time-lines and dependencies for all integration-related tasks.
4. Escalation Point for Data Integration: Act as the main contact for issues or escalations related to data integration for Time/Absence management, Payroll, and other systems.
5. Lead Integration Partner: Oversee the entire integration time-line, from design through post-Go-Live "hypercare," ensuring all internal teams and integration partners meet their deadlines.
6. Risk Identification and Change Management: Identify potential risks, assess them, and serve as a liaison for managing changes throughout the project life cycle.
7. Testing Results Confirmation: Ensure all tests for each integration are completed successfully and confirm results.
8. Additional HCM Requests: Be prepared to take on additional tasks as requested by HCM management.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP ERP HCM (Human Capital Management), particularly HR Core Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the client HR IT applications, methodologies, and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple system integrations, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Handling critical pre-Go Live tasks and escalating issues.
• Managing testing, risk, and change management.
• Acting as the main point of contact for Brazil's HCM and ERP-related integrations.

This role demands both technical and project management skills, with a focus on integrations, time-lines, and stakeholder engagement in a multinational context. It also requires specific knowledge of SAP and the client system.
