About the team:

The SAP CX CRO team is a global organization of approximately 50 team members. Our team is focused on helping our customers drive an optimal experience for their End Customers. We ultimately help companies understand their customers, protect their customer data, and then more effectively sell to, service, and engage with their customers.

What you'll do:

Position title: Customer Experience, Office of the Chief Revenue Officer Intern
Work Area: Sales
Location: TBD in Germany
Expected start date: January 15, 2025

In this role, you'll:

  1. Interact with the global leadership team for SAP's Customer Experience Line of Business.
  2. Provide project management and oversight for key programs.
  3. Create, edit, and produce key deliverables and communication items.
  4. Support over 1,000 Customer Experience professionals globally as we strive to grow our business by over 30% in 2025.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Position requirements: An undergraduate or graduate student interested in Enterprise Software and Customer experience.
  • Educational requirements: Areas of study including business, management, communications, and marketing.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Desired skills/experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven experience managing projects is required.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
