Job Description

SAP Master Data Lead/Manager
Location: Europe (Remote)
Duration: Minimum 12 Month Contract + Possible Extension.
Start Date: November 2024

ECM Talent are currently seeking a SAP Master Data Manager/Lead on behalf of a client in the manufacturing sector for a SAP S/4Hana Digital Transformation program, based remotely.

Responsibilities:
Take MDM & MDG ownership as part of the ERP Digital Transformation.
Oversee the development and implementation of data management strategies.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of critical data.
Define data standards and oversee data governance policies.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data.
Implement and manage data governance procedures.
Identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for analytical support.
Stay updated with industry trends and new analytical techniques.

Requirements:
Experience with large-scale digital transformations in global organizations.
Experience with MDG & S/4 HANA transformation.
Extensive experience with MDM, data models, and data systems.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to design solutions within robust and agile technical frameworks.
