SAP VIM Project Manager - Hybrid Freelance Contract, Sweden

RED Global is seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager to support a global S/4HANA roll-out.

Project Details:

Start Date: April 2025

Duration: Initial 1-year contract with renewal options

Workload: Full-time (5 days per week)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Language: English

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the realisation and cutover phases of the VIM implementation
Collaborate with finance, procurement, IT, and data governance teams
Ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory compliance
Serve as the liaison between the implementation partner and business teams for testing, training, and hyper-care

Your Profile:

5+ years of experience in VIM and S/4HANA global roll-outs
Strong knowledge of invoice processing, accounting principles, and compliance standards
Preferably experienced in Transportation Management & Fieldglass
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
Familiarity with process automation & optimisation is an advantage
