Job Description

The Opportunity

This role sits as part of Cognizant's S/4HANA Center of Excellence for Global Growth Markets and is responsible for Pre-sales and the Solutioning of S/4HANA opportunities for the UK/I Region. In addition, he/she will have responsibility for collaboration with the SAP Service Line Sales representatives and market Client Partners / Relationship Managers for building and nurturing a pipeline.

Some of your tasks may include

  1. Engaging in initial conversations with customers who are pursuing the SAP modernization journey to S/4HANA.
  2. Leading and/or driving S/4HANA assessments to build a customer roadmap for SAP modernization to S/4HANA.
  3. Driving successful and differentiating solution design for our customers as they embark on the SAP modernization journey to S/4HANA.
  4. Leading multi-disciplinary teams of testing, legacy integrations, cloud enablement, and change management as part of a solution lead for RFPs.
  5. Bringing Cognizant offerings and key accelerators to the customers and opportunities.
  6. Demonstrating industry domain and process leadership skills in customer conversations to build the trust of key decision-makers.

We would like you to have the following experience

  1. Experience in leading mid to large size SAP Programs as a Solution Architect in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  2. Deep understanding of the journey to S/4HANA for a customer with the various options.
  3. Experience in pre-sales activities including leading RFP/RFI responses as Solution Lead.
  4. Experience of managing multiple streams within a program such as functional, integration, data migration, and change management.
  5. Experience in running S/4HANA Assessments to help clients develop their S/4HANA roadmap.
  6. Breadth of understanding of the overall SAP landscape and interdependencies between other modules and cross-functional integration.
  7. Awareness of the SAP product roadmap and the various trends.
  8. Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customer program teams, represent during steering committee meetings, and engage with CXOs and department heads.
