SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Consultant - German Speaking - Zurich, Switzerland (Up to 50% Remote Work). Permanent Job. Flexible Start Date from January 2025 Onwards. Salary CHF140,000-180,000/Annum + Bonus + Benefits.

Our consultancy client, in Zurich, Switzerland, has a fantastic career opportunity for an SAP SuccessFactors-EC (Employee Central) Consultant to join their busy practice to guide and deliver client projects across the German-speaking regions of Switzerland.

The role will focus on:
* Strategic and conceptual consulting for national and international customers in the area of SAP SuccessFactors
* Conception of HR SuccessFactors solutions within the framework of HR transformation projects
* Project or sub-project management
* Taking on responsible roles in sales and pre -sales

Required Skills and Experience:
* 5 years+ experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC (including configuration)
* Consultancy experience, being able to guide and support client needs with design suggestions

Languages:
* Must have strong German language skills minimum C1 level (speaking, reading, writing) and professional English
