This is a Remote based role with an excellent immediate start within a major Europeans Institution working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with a solid understanding of SAFe 6.0 practices to facilitate and support Agile teams in the successful delivery of high-quality services.

In this role, you will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring Agile principles are followed and continuous improvement is fostered within the teams and business management.

As a Scrum Master, you will guide the team through SAFe ceremonies, remove impediments, and act as a key point of contact between team members and other stakeholders.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a SAFe environment.
• Proven experience in software development or IT environments, with a strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles.
• Certifications: Certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) is required.
• Additional Agile certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) are a plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAFe 6.0 principles, roles, and artifacts.
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar platforms.
