This Secretarial Administration role will see you part of a secretarial and office team on a 12 month FTC basis. You will be responsible for minute taking, diary management, document management, supporting of event management and liaising with senior external and internal stakeholders.
Client Details
We are working with a not for profit organisation based in the energy industry looking for some additions in their Business Operations Team on a permanent basis.
Description
- precise minute-taking
- proof-reading and identifying mistakes in documents
- take responsibility for managing meeting cycles
- scheduling, agenda preparation and follow-up on actions
- Collation and quality checking of meeting materials
Profile
- be efficient and accurate in your minute taking
- Excellent skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively
- have proven longevity in prior positions (stayed in a role for at least 2+ years)
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
