My client is an LPA in northern Hampshire who is seeking a S106 Officer for an interim contract. This is a key role for them, and they are likely to be flexible on both terms offered and the level of experience considered.
Responsibilities

Lead the administration of the Council's Developer Contributions framework

Assess and implement the Community Infrastructure Levy and Section 106 Agreements

Monitor and ensure compliance with Section 106 Agreements

Efficiently manage workload and contribute to overall team performance

Requirements

Previous experience in Development Management environment

Strong organisational skills

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
