These non-teaching positions are exciting opportunities to make a significant impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.You will be expected to undertake the professional duties and responsibilities of a SENCO. Responsible for the co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability and the associated paperwork.Requirements: Proven experience as a SENCO or in a similar role within a special educational needs setting In-depth knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills A compassionate and patient approach to working with students with diverse needs A relevant degree and SENCO qualification are essential Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or wiling to apply for one)Why Join Us?
