About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of branding projects, manage client relationships, and drive commercial success. Working closely with senior colleagues, you'll scope, price, plan, and deliver small to mid-size brand programmes while also contributing to new business initiatives and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage small to mid-size branding projects, acting as the senior client leadership contact.
  2. Support senior colleagues on larger-scale projects and new business activity.
  3. Handle project administration, including planning, resourcing, and reporting.
  4. Provide mentorship and potential line management for Account Managers and Executives.
  5. Oversee the financial health of client accounts, ensuring commercial efficiency.
  6. Champion best practices in client leadership and agency operations.
  7. Drive brand building and storytelling within the studio, pushing for more integrated work.

Skills & Experience

  1. Strong enterprise and brand knowledge with a background in branding.
  2. Proven experience in brand design agency.
  3. Track record of delivering successful branding projects.
  4. Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of building strong client relationships.
  5. Excellent communication skills - clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal interactions.
  6. Organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  7. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Salary & Benefits
