What the job involves

1. Work with the senior team with individual deal execution processes: due diligence, negotiation and execution of transactions
2. Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition

Who we are looking for

1. Previous Associate/Senior Associate level experience in a private equity fund with exposure to special situations
2. An understanding and motivations for turnaround investments
3. Ability to work with a high degree of independence
