Senior Brand Manager - Compeed

We're hiring in our central London location for a talented Senior Brand Manager who will lead the strategy and activation of the Compeed brand within the Perrigo UK business.

1. Building compelling insight-driven brand plans to drive long-term growth.
2. Working cross-functionally with shopper marketing, category, sales, regulatory teams, and external agencies in the development and execution of insight-driven marketing activity and campaigns.
3. Pipeline and NPD management.
4. Effective brand performance tracking against business targets, including recommendations aimed at maximizing brand targets.
5. P&L Ownership and responsibility for fueling brand growth, with regular exposure to the Perrigo Exec and Corporate teams.

To be successful in this role, we're looking for a marketer, preferably from an FMCG or Healthcare background, with:

1. 2-3 years minimum experience.
2. Strong 4P management.
3. Competent P&L management.
4. Experience of analyzing complex data and using that to make relevant strategic recommendations.
5. Experience working with agencies (media, creative) and executing ATL campaigns.
6. Strong communication and influencing skills.
7. Solid business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills.
8. Ability to motivate with energy and enthusiasm.
9. Track record of success with progressive responsibility.
10. Ability to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn.
11. Desire to have regular exposure to the Perrigo Exec and Corporate teams.
