Significant experience as a Principal Designer with a strong understanding of CDM regulations. NEBOSH Qualification or other relevant health and safety qualifications Technical qualifications in construction, engineering, or architecture. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with BIM and other design software is a plus. Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Senior CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to join a dynamic team in which the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and managing design safety across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
- Provide expert advice on health and safety risks during the design phase.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project safety.
- Oversee a variety of small and large projects
- Support the Associate Director and Director as well as mentor junior colleagues.
- Conduct design reviews and hazard assessments.
- Prepare and maintain pre-construction information and health and safety files.
