Responsibilities

1. Help to build the Recommender System that powers the company's core platform.
2. Help to define the company's Product strategy through creating impactful tools for customers/members.
3. Work on A/B Testing & Experimentation.

Requirements

1. Strong academic background in a relevant field (Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
2. Excellent Machine Learning and statistical knowledge & skills.
3. Experience of working and deploying at scale.
4. General RecSys experience is beneficial.
5. Some Fintech or Credit Risk experience is beneficial.
