We are looking for a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to help us shape Emergn's exciting future and play an important role in our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and refine predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast business outcomes and support decision-making processes.
- Apply techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate on projects to integrate data science solutions into production environments.
- Perform complex statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets.
- Conduct hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical techniques to validate findings.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and webinars by presenting on advanced data science topics, methodologies, and case studies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis, modeling, and coding.
- Lead data science initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science.
- Develop and champion best practices, standards, and guidelines for data science activities.
- Experiment with new algorithms, tools, and techniques to drive innovation within the team.
- Continuously improve data science workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
- Proven track record of leading data science projects from ideation to production.
- Experience mentoring junior data scientists and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
