Senior Employee Relations Partner (6-Month Contract, Maternity Cover)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: 6 months + Possible Extensions
Start Date: Mid-October 2024

This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Our client are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to join their team for a 6-month maternity cover. You'll work closely with HR, Compliance, and the Global Investigation Service to manage employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

Investigations

  • Lead fair and transparent investigations into HR-related policy violations across EMEA and HQ.
  • Report findings and collaborate with HR, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze case data to spot trends and prevent future issues.

Employee Relations Support

  • Provide expert advice to HR teams on complex employee relations issues.
  • Resolve conflicts and work with external mediators when needed.
  • Follow up on case outcomes to ensure long-term solutions.
  • Conduct climate and culture assessments as required.

Collaboration

  • Work with global teams across regions and time zones.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR to improve processes.
  • Lead initiatives and projects to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in HR, Employee Relations, Compliance, or Legal.
  • Experience leading complex investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust with HR and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and managing legal risks.
  • Experience with data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
  • Solid project management skills and experience delivering training programs.
