Join Us as Enterprise PMO Lead - Drive Change That Matters

Are you ready to shape how change happens across an entire organisation? Want to play a pivotal role in enabling a purpose-driven portfolio, aligning strategy to delivery, and embedding agile ways of working at scale? If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for enabling teams and making an impact, this could be your next big move.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a senior leader, you'll lead from the front-empowering teams, driving delivery, and helping shape how change is governed and executed across the Society. You'll work at the heart of our change journey, helping to connect big-picture strategy with on-the-ground delivery.

Here's a taste of what you'll be driving:

  • Lead the EPMO to deliver real insight, build capability, and embed metrics and KPI tracking across the Society.
  • Transform reporting across Portfolio to Team levels - including quarterly planning and progress reviews that help us make better decisions.
  • Embed agile governance across our Value Streams (VS) and ARTs.
  • Shape the future - define and deliver the EPMO roadmap for 2025 and beyond.
  • Modernise our tools - design the delivery roadmap for an integrated tooling suite that supports agile, data-led decision-making.

What Do We Need From You?

We're looking for a visionary and pragmatic leader-someone who can combine strong delivery acumen with a passion for people and continuous improvement. You'll bring structure, insight, and inspiration.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Governance that drives action - implement and evolve operational governance and cadences across VS/ARTs, aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Insightful reporting - ensure our reporting doesn't just track progress but sparks the right conversations and enables real prioritisation.
  • Shape processes and standards - work closely with the wider Change Team to refine how we deliver and ensure the right tools and templates are in place.
  • Lead and grow the EPMO team - create a culture of development, performance, and innovation.

You'll Also Enable:

  • Strategic alignment & assurance - partnering with Corporate Planning, Finance, and Change to monitor portfolio performance and outcomes.
  • Portfolio governance & QA - embedding EPMO standards, sharing best practices, and ensuring high-quality change delivery.
  • Resource & capacity planning - ensuring we understand and can respond to demand across Change and BAU activity.
  • Agile enablement - support teams in adopting agile value management, planning, and investment tracking.
  • Financial oversight - track ART and VS spend, manage variances, and support effective investment decision-making.
  • Insight-led decision making - drive KPIs, RAIDD management, and highlight emerging risks or blockers to leadership.
  • Inspiring leadership - act as a servant leader, champion agile values, and support your team's growth and strategic direction.

Why Join Us?

This is more than just a leadership role - it's a chance to help shape the way an entire organisation delivers change. You'll work with a brilliant team, be given the autonomy to make your mark, and be part of a culture that genuinely values people and purpose.

Ready to lead the future of EPMO? Let's talk.
