Role Overview

As the Senior Internal Comms Consultant, you'll manage and grow key client accounts, leading a team to deliver high-quality projects while driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with high value clients.
- Expanding client relationships and increasing the value and scope of services offered.
- Growing revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Leading the proposal process and presentations for high-value projects.
- Overseeing and motivating a multidisciplinary project team.
- Line-managing up to five senior consultants or heads of departments.
- Ensuring high standards of quality and excellent client service.
- Managing the financial performance of all accounts within your remit.
- Setting annual revenue and profit targets in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Reviewing and signing off on project cost estimates.
- Ensuring efficient resource allocation across accounts.
- Regularly checking in with senior client stakeholders to monitor satisfaction.
- Resolving any issues or dissatisfaction that arise.
- Leading the preparation and presentation of client pitches and proposals.
- Contributing to the company's strategic direction and growth plans.
- Promoting the business through professional channels while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing within the team and the wider organisation.
Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a lead EX Consultancy role. Quick, adaptable, enthusiastic, and hard-working, you will need to be a team player who can also work independently.
