Job Description

Senior IT Analyst - Glovia/PRO-IV

We are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Analyst, to join our customer as an interim consultant to the team.

Working directly supporting Glovia application, interfaces, scheduled Automation/batch runs
Working on customer incidents, monitoring of the systems and provision of proactive support measures as needed to re-establish services following any incident or outage
Working directly on business projects, application/technical problem identification and resolution
Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid in development and support
Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components
Perform custom application design and development assignments without close supervision
Assists customers with training and usability efforts
Maintain close liaison with customers to ensure business needs are met

Skills Required:

Glovia/PRO-IV/Oracle PL/SQL/Cognos/UNIX
