Your tasks

• Thanks to you, our B2Go app communicates clearly in every direction and thus offers our customers the best banking experience.
• You implement our APIs (in Java and Kotlin), specify new APIs in Open API, coordinate them with consumers and support your colleagues at every point.
• We can also count on your support when it comes to migrating existing content to Spring Boot applications with OpenShift and Azure DevOps.
• Security is just as important to you as it is to us, whether it's code reviews, integration tests, load tests or specialist test support - you know what's important.
• In everything you do, you bring your team skills to bear: be it when you discuss new requirements with your product owner and squad, discuss the optimization of development processes in the chapter or analyze incidents in production and testing (ELK, Introscope) with your colleagues.
• You also work together with other feature squads on new and further developments with a mobile focus to find optimal and efficient solutions.

Your profile

• At least 8 years of development experience
• Degree in (business) informatics, IT-specific training (e.g. IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of common Java APIs and frameworks (Spring Boot, etc.) and (a-)synchronous communication protocols (HTTP/REST, Kafka)
• Tech stack: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, Open API, Resilience4j, Azure Devops
• Interest in / experience in container technologies (e.g. OpenShift) and microservice architectures
• Practice in agile methods and complex projects
• Understanding of banking and technical processes as well as conceptual skills and technological expertise
• Good written and spoken German and English
