Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 base salary, depending on experience
Location: Manchester x 2 a week, 3 days remote

What We're Looking For:

As a Senior Java Developer, you will collaborate with product owners, data analysts, designers, and other developers to enhance our platform for both customers and internal users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working within a data-driven product team focused on delivering exceptional customer journeys.
• Taking ownership of defining solutions and delivering significant platform features.
• Breaking down work into manageable stories and tasks, collaborating with your team for successful delivery.
• Building RESTful services using Java and Kotlin.
• Developing reactive Front End components in Angular.
• Practicing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) using Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
• Supporting junior developers and helping onboard new team members.
• Actively seeking improvements in both technical and non-technical aspects of the team.
• Using agile methodologies to deliver features effectively.
• Maintaining a critical balance between delivery and technical excellence.
• Experience with Front End application development in Angular or React is desirable but not essential.
