About the Role
As the Senior Performance and Quality Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving service improvement and excellence within Adult Social Care. This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering impactful results.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage the performance information and data function for Adult Social Care, ensuring that services continuously improve outcomes for residents.
- Develop and implement robust performance management and assurance arrangements, providing high-quality insights and reports to senior managers and elected members.
- Oversee service improvement projects and coordinate the development of integrated quality assurance programs.
- Provide expert strategic advice on performance, fostering a culture of proactive improvement and collaboration across the division and with partner organisations.
- Manage data governance systems and ensure data quality assurance across Adult Social Care.
- Inspire and lead a dedicated team, ensuring their development aligns with organisational goals.
About You
We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in performance management, data analytics, and quality assurance frameworks, ideally within Adult Social Care or a similar context.
You will have:
- Extensive experience in performance reporting, project management, and service improvement within complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of adult social care, including legislative, policy, and financial contexts, and an ability to navigate the relationship with health services.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Leadership skills to motivate, support, and develop a high-performing team.

Salary Range (Full time equivalent) £52,674 - £59,772
