TASKS WITH IMPACT- You enjoy coordinating and realizing company-wide measures and projects with the aim of continuously improving our SAP process and system landscape in the area of Assortment & Purchasing.
- Together with the specialist departments, you will develop and optimize the planning processes for the Douglas product range design and coordinate the purchasing processes accordingly.
- You will regularly examine purchasing processes in the international environment of an omnichannel retailer for optimization potential and, together with the responsible business units, tailor them to our modern and constantly growing needs.
- You always keep an eye on the process and system solutions you have created yourself and can help quickly and easily if necessary.
- You play a key role in the introduction and further development of SAP products such as SAP MM, Assortment & Merchandise Planning by harmonizing, coordinating and implementing the requirements with the specialist departments.
- You and your team are available as a central point of contact for more complex questions and problems relating to assortment and purchasing processes, explaining and recording requirements and training key users as required.
- When integrating new companies or projects related to purchasing or the product range, you will oversee IT requirements management and migration and take the lead in supporting project management.
- High level of initiative and independence.
- Strong ability to organize and motivate.
- Clear focus on solutions and results.
- Proven experience in establishing modern purchasing and assortment processes in the SAP environment.
- Expertise in SAP MM, Merchandise and Assortment Planning, SD and SAP Retail as well as in international logistics in general is an advantage.
- Broad process and IT knowledge, ideally in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
