iO Associates are seeking for a Senior Safety Case Engineer to work with one of the top businesses that generates low-carbon electricity and is an energy utility. The business serves commercial, residential, and industrial customers by producing and supplying electricity and natural gas.

They are seeking a Senior Safety Case Engineer who will play an important role in the development and maintenance of the safety case.

Required:

• The ability to understand the bigger picture, to distil a variety of source data and analysis to define, scope, and strategically plan the delivery of the safety case.
• The capacity to understand a broad range of technical analysis, to identify and to lead pragmatic solutions as well as the ability to work with multiple disciplines and organisational levels to drive the development and maintenance of the safety case.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the building, commissioning, and safe operation of the nuclear power plant.
• You will offer technical leadership in overcoming difficult problems.
• You will have the chance to gain expertise and work on a number of other safety case-related tasks, from creating the primary Safety Report to providing safety justifications for modifications.
