WeTransfer Advertising is hiring a highly driven and creative Senior Advertising Sales Director to drive revenue growth and awareness for WeTransfer Advertising. This role will accelerate our growth ambition for the UK, one of our largest advertising markets. We expect the successful candidate to play a crucial role in the implementation and impact of our strategy throughout 2025 and beyond.

You will be looked at as the primary business owner in your given book of business, reporting on client and industry insights to key leadership team members.

What you will be doing:
  • Lead the strategic relationship with one of our major agency group partners, with responsibility for all planning, buying and trading relationships at group and agency level.
  • Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities across the agency group.
  • Evangelise WeTransfer Advertising with key stakeholders, ensuring excellent understanding of our unique proposition and beloved brand.
  • Create, own, and execute the strategic approach for each account in the assigned book of business with the intent to simultaneously unlock and elevate each relationship.
  • Own pipeline and accurate opportunity analysis to support forecasting and planning.
  • Collaborate closely with account management and ad operation teams to drive business results, optimize campaign performance and deliver superior client service.
  • Uncover market insights within the account list, synthesise and deliver client feedback to shape our business.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
What you bring to the table:
  • 6+ years of experience in digital media sales where you were driving significant revenue growth, leading and securing successful pitches, and creating lasting commercial relationships with brands.
  • Accurate pipeline management; proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A deep understanding of digital media and how to proactively pursue opportunities in both the direct and programmatic landscape.
  • An independently motivated contributor, delivering on strategic business growth objectives across large portfolio brands and holding companies.
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers for brands and their agencies.
  • An appetite for learning, prospecting, and closing.
  • High-level presentation skills, able to captivate an audience of any size (in person and virtual), engaging senior-level decision makers sometimes with additional support.

  • This is an IC role and is based in our London hub.
