• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop valuable solutions with technical excellence by collaborating with various, international stakeholders within the MIC group
• Design, engineer, and develop trade content solutions to enhance MIC's services in line with market needs and design user interfaces for our trade content solutions.
• Define product specifications, features, and performance requirements based on market demands
• Conceptualize and develop automated software solutions, including data pipelines
• Extend and maintain our architecture concept for the Trade Content Module
• Engineer and develop software solutions, data models (datasets), automated test cases, web scraping with Python
• Generate creative and innovative ideas for new products or product enhancements
• Create prototypes and conduct testing to validate product designs and functionalities
• Monitor product development timelines and quality standards

Your skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software product design, engineering, computer science, business informatics, artificial intelligence, or similar with a focus on data science plus 3-5+ years of related experience
• Strong understanding of product development processes, data visualization, and analytical evaluations including time series analysis
• Proficiency in product design software and tools, as well as software architecture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Familiarity with agile development environments (e.g., SCRUM, KANBAN)
• Proficient in English (spoken & written)
• Understanding of economic processes
• Excellent project management skills
