Posted 3 days 9 hours ago by KPMG
As a senior external reporting specialist, you are responsible for assessing the annual accounts of KPMG's new and existing clients and providing advice on how to substantively improve them. To this end, you assess the first review from colleagues or carry out this assessment yourself. These are annual accounts based on the applicable Dutch GAAP guidelines. A Center of Excellence Financial Statements Team (CoE FST) has been formed within KPMG with specialists in the field of external reporting. The CoE FST is an independently operating and growing team with an open culture with a team in the Netherlands and India. This team supports Audit colleagues by reviewing complete annual accounts. The team consists of first and second reviewers.
The CoE FST is part of KPMG's Delivery Support Group, which supports the audit teams in various areas and thus contributes to continuously increasing quality.
"The annual accounts are KPMG's calling card"
The team supports each other through internal discussions about accounting issues. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to mutual knowledge improvement through substantive presentations.
