Senior Storage Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Storage Engineer with deep expertise in high-performance storage systems and strong Python programming skills. You'll play a key role in optimizing performance, scalability, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and support of high-performance storage systems, ensuring top performance and alignment with platform architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, drive improvements, and enhance platform usability and security.
• Manage storage capacity planning, ensuring scalability and efficiency, while overseeing data management, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Implement strong security practices and ensure system integrity through proactive measures.
• Stay updated on storage technologies and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience with storage systems (VAST, Isilon) and leading technical projects.
• Expert Python programming for automation and integration, plus experience in Go and Bash.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD), configuration management (Ansible, Terraform), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
