Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant for a remote 6-month contract. This role is INSIDE IR35, and we cannot provide sponsorship. Applicants must be UK-based.

Essential Skills

• Thorough understanding of SN-SOW functionality
• Experience in investigating and driving work required for migration to SN-SOW
• Ability to review current customisations and address potential migration obstacles
• Proficiency in developing transition plans, roadmaps, and timescales
• Skill in creating and updating user documentation and supporting artefacts
• Expertise in developing stakeholder and user communications
• Capability to act as the SN-SOW engagement lead for key stakeholders
• Knowledge of future SN-SOW versions and associated functionality uplifts
• Competence in delivering proformas for new capabilities and functionality
