ServiceNow Developer

This is a ServiceNow Developer who doesn't just tick boxes but redefines what's possible. This is a chance to dive into challenging projects, tackle complex workflows, and deliver innovations that genuinely make a difference. You'll be owning a specific bespoke project, as well as assisting the permanent team with workload.

• up to £600 per day (outside IR35)

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and optimise ServiceNow modules and applications with precision.
• Write clean, efficient code using JavaScript, Glide Scripting, and other ServiceNow tools.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations to link ServiceNow seamlessly with other systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Create workflows, client scripts, and business rules that go beyond the basics.
• Identify opportunities to push the boundaries of the platform and introduce new efficiencies.
• Ensure the platform is always running at its best-secure, scalable, and future-ready.
• Take charge of updates and upgrades, making sure nothing disrupts the business flow.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Proven experience developing on ServiceNow, with hands-on knowledge of modules like ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
• A deep understanding of the platform's architecture and best practices.
• You don't just find solutions-you create them. Whether it's troubleshooting bugs or architecting a new feature, you love the challenge.
• You speak both "tech" and "business," bridging the gap between complex coding and clear communication.
• ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.
