Location: UK remote

Duration: 6 months

Day rate: £600 inside IR35

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on HRSD modules, to streamline HR workflows and improve user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customise ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Case Management.
• Develop workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow platforms with a focus on performance and usability.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and ServiceNow implementation standards.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and training for HRSD-related issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in HRSD.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, Scripting, and integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow's APIs.
• Familiarity with HR processes and workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications in HRSD or related areas (preferred).
