Share Plan Administrator
  • Location: Whiteley
  • Job Type: 6-month FTC
  • Salary: £50,000

We are looking for a Share Plan Administrator to play a central role in the operation and administration of our market-leading long-term incentive schemes. Reporting to the Senior Payroll Services Manager, you will ensure the accurate and compliant administration of the plans, working collaboratively across various functions and directly addressing queries from colleagues.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Act as the main point of contact for participants regarding long-term incentives, resolving issues and escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all awards, process new allocations, and handle leavers in accordance with plan rules and agreed processes.
  • Coordinate the award cycle, including determining annual allocations, creating statements, and processing disposals and payouts.
  • Collaborate with HR, Reward, Payroll, Company Secretarial, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless operation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is shared regarding jurisdiction tax office requirements, including Benefit in Kind statements.
  • Develop and update communication materials, ensuring participants understand their plans and required actions.
  • Support the evolution of new schemes and undertake ad hoc duties within the broader Payroll team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of share plans and interpreting plan rules.
  • Experience in Payroll and Benefits administration is desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide insight into reward data.
  • Strong numeracy and data management skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop good working relationships.
  • Knowledge of taxation in one or more jurisdictions is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to other offices as required.
